Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Bailey, 66, will be held at 1 a.m. Saturday in the First Pentecostal Church with Rev. Glenn Davis officiating. Burial will be in Whitehouse Cemetery.
Mrs. Bailey died at her residence on Route 6 Thursday night after a long illness.
She was born June 30, 1886 in Ray County, Missouri and had lived in Lufkin for 40 years. She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include 3 sons, Bill Bailey of Dallas, Herman Bailey of Houston and Clifford Bailey of Dallas; 5 daughters, Mrs. Billy Denman of Huntington, Mrs. Wiley Sharpe, Mrs. George Cryer, Mrs. Bill Birdwell and Mrs. Curtis Wells; brother, Frank Williams; Sister, Mrs. Dolly Carpenter; 52 grandchildrden and 21 great-grandchildren.
