Leland F Cobb, 61, Sheridan, a native of Hamilton County who resided in northern Boone county for many years near Mechanicsburg, died last evening at the General Hospital in Indianapolis He was a resident of near Sheridan and was a member of the Lamong Friend's Church in Lamong. Poor health caused his retirement in 1950.
He was born January 7, 1902, in Hamilton County, the son of Willis and Mary (Hinshaw) Cobb. In 1921, he was married to Annabelle Neal, who survives. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Grace Cody, of Sheridan.
Burial will be in Crown View Cemetery in Sheridan.
