"...The jury's verdict was that Dye 'came to his death by gunshot in left chest in hands of Hardy Nall.' ..A lifelong resident of Saucier, Dye is survived by his wife, Mrs. Malzy Dye; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Dye Sr.; a stepson, E. C. Seymour, all of Saucier; a brother, Charles Dye Jr., Gulfport; and a sister, Mrs. Nettie Elkhart, Gulfport. Funeral arrangements are for the body to be taken from Riemann Funeral Chapel Home to the family residence. Services will be held at Jordan Cemetery Friday at 10 a.m. Rev. W. D. Holland will officiate."
