Paul graduated from Minneapolis High School and the University of Kansas. In 1935, he went to work for the US Department of Commerce and later for the Dept. of Agriculture. He began work with the Farmers Home Administration in 1946. He worked in 83 Kansas counties as an area supervisor with his headquarters in Wichita. He retired in 1965 and moved to Minneapolis. He was member of ZCBJ Lodge of rural Glasco and a former member of the Elks Lodge.
Survivors include a nephew, Kenneth Kunc of Corpus Christi, TX and a niece Marianna Jordan, Glasco. Paul was preceded in death by three brothers: Henry, George and Anton, Jr. and a sister Clara Krizek.
A funeral service was held on Friday, Sept. 6, 1991 at Shields Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Turner officiating. Brett and Rosie Prochaska were vocalists. Melba Bruce was the organist.
Casket bearers were Roger Yager, Kenneth Yager, Louis Cooper, John Darrow, Keith Yager and Rober Boucek. Interment was in the Bohemian national Cemetery, Ada.
The family suggests memorials to the Ottawa County Hospital Head Injury Facility.
