STEVEN GILBERT QUESNEL, 70, of Memphis, retired from the Army, died of cancer Wednesday at Memphis Veterans Medical Center. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He served in the Navy as a hospital corpsman during World War II, and was a medical laboratory technician in the Army. Mr. Quesnel leaves two sisters, Lois Cammack of Misawa, Japan, and Elaine Boyer of Hagerman, Idaho, and two brothers, Robert Cox of Olympia, Wash., and John Cox of Phoenix.
