Willette Boyd, 91, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010, in Lewisville. She was born June 18, 1918 in Denton County, Texas to William Henry Cunningham and Maude Mayes Cunningham.

Willette married William Neil Boyd, who preceded her in death on February 6, 1956. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewisville.

Willette is survived by her son, James W. Boyd and wife Patricia of Flower Mound; grandchildren Amy Macal and her husband, Chris of Hurst, and Jeff Boyd; great-grandchildren Cody, Tyler and Sadie; niece Betty Jane Nash of Lewisville; and several cousins.

Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 26, 2010, at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home in Lewisville. Interment followed at Flower Mound Cemetery. The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
