WILLIAM CECIL BARNETT, 103 years and nine months entered into Heaven on March 4, 2010. He was born in Chappell Hill, Texas on June 1, 1906 to Ruby and William Barnett. He was preceded in death by his brother Edward Barnett, sister Pauline Jones and husband Raymond Jones and sister Ethel Moerer and husband Elton Moerer. He is survived by sister-in-law Thelma Barnett, niece and nephew Marilyn and Dick George, nephew and niece Edward Barnett, Jr. and Bonnie Barnett, great niece Amy Molloy and husband David Molloy and their children Bailey and Madison, great nephew Chris George and wife Shannon and their children Sidney and Nina and great niece Stephanie Barnett. Cecil was a veteran of World War II, a farmer with his father in Chappell Hill, and he was a retired mail carrier with the US Postal Service with over 30 years service. He was a member of the Masons for 84 years. He was a member of the Hubert Lodge in Chappell Hill, and the Bellaire Lodge. He was a member of Bellaire Methodist Church. Most of all, Cecil was a kind and loving person who took care of other people. He will be greatly missed. A visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3-5 pm at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball. A graveside service will be held at 11am Monday at Forest Park Westheimer .
