Richard Foy Waller, 31, a native of Birmingham, died October 3, 1975. He was a graduate of Alabama College (now University of Montevallo) where he was President of the Sigma Club fraternity. He was a marketing manager for Dun and Bradstreet. He was a Captain in the National Guard and a member of West End United Methodist Church. Graveside services were at Elmwood. Surviving were his wife, Judy C. Waller, a son, Richard Chadwick Waller, and mother, Mrs. Maude S. Waller, Birmingham.
