The very prettiest, daintiest post-Lenten bride was Miss Marie Alexis Hayes, who was married Saturday evening at the palatial home of her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Joseph M. Hayes on Lindell boulevard, to Mr. Walter Knight Sturges of Providence, Rhode Island.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. Fr. Gilfillian of the New Cathedral Chapel, at Maryland and Newstead avenues at 4 o'clock.
