Hilda E. Doss, 89, of Kearneysville, WV, died Thursday, January 28, 2010, at the home of her daughter in Frederick, MD.
Born December 2, 1920 in Berryville, VA, she was the daughter of the late Joshua Huff and Mita Mallory Huff.
She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Doss was a member of the Senior Saints.
She is survived by a daughter, Jeannie Foss and husband, Paul, of Frederick, MD; five grandchildren, Jodi Foss, Jill Foss Loftus, Brittany Foss, Jeff Jackson and Lisa Jackson Haberthur; two great-grandchildren, Bradden and Kaylie Haberthur; one brother, Joshua Huff and two sisters, Molly Suddith and Bea Batchelder.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Edward Doss and a daughter, Carol Ann Doss Jackson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Pastor Tom Boggess officiating. Interment will be held at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
