He was a member of the IPPA, Denver Petroleum Club, North Texas Oil and Gas Association, the Graham Chamber of Commerce and the Graham Country Club.
B.F. Allison attended schools in Louisiana and Centenary College. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Survived by his wife; one daughter - Ann Allison; one brother - J.L. Allison; one sister - Mrs. Elizabeth Rowland; one nephew - J. W. Allison.
