MRS. LILLIE M. MUMMART, 83, a former resident of Greencastle, died Friday at the Chambersburg hospital.
She had been a patient for the past four weeks.
She lived at the Piney Mountian Home for the Aged the last six years.
She was the widow of the Rev. Dr. Clarence A. Mummart and was born in Franklin County, Pa., Jan. 8, 1881.
Mrs. Mummart was the daughter of the late Oscar and Mary M. (Lemison) Zimmerman. She was a member of the Macedonia United Brethren Church near Greencastle.
Surviving is one son, Cletus B. Mummart, Dubuque, Iowa; two daughters, Mrs. Ethel Griffith, Bloomington, Indiana; Mrs. Mary Griffith, Arcamam, Ohio; sisters, Mrs. Sadie Stumbaugh, Greencastle; Mrs. Flora Pike, Hagerstown; one brother, Cletus Zimmerman, Greencastle; also a number of grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Zimmerman Funeral Home, Greencastle conducted by the Rev. Robert Hawk. Burial in the Macedonia Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday evening 7 until 9. The family requests the ommission of flowers. Contributions may be made to a charity.
