Charlotte M. (James) Juliar, 73, Oneida, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, March 8, 2010, at Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Seymour.

She was born Sept. 21, 1936, to the late Owen and Lucenia (Webster) James in Oxford, Wis.

She met the love of her life, Dennis Juliar, while roller skating and later married him on Aug. 24, 1957, in Fond du Lac, Wis.

Throughout their 52 years of marriage, Charlotte took pride in raising her family and caring for 55 other foster children as well. She was a member of Seymour Assembly of God Church and also volunteered for many church youth programs as Sunday school teacher, Nursery, and Children's Church leader. Charlotte enjoyed making crafts and traveling in their motor home.

In addition to her husband, Dennis, she is survived by her children and their families, Kay (Doug) Bjork, Chippewa Falls; and Dean (Sandy) Juliar, Appleton; her grandchildren, Rachel Bjork, Sara Bjork, Keith Juliar, Brad Juliar, and Benjamin Bjork; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her seven brothers and sisters, Forest, Fay, Arthur, Louis, Francis, Owen, and Winifred.

Friends may call at Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour, on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Seymour Assembly of God Church, Seymour, from 9:30 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. with Reverend Phil Engle officiating. Burial will take place in the Seymour City Cemetery.
