Information was found by Mr. Bradley Wayne Hall Sr., in Lawrence County, New Castle, Pennsylvania, at the New Castle Pa. Public Library, in the New Castle News Newspaper dated Monday August 20, 1934 Page 2.

Mrs. Wesley D. Remley

Mrs. Wesley D. Remley, aged 72 years, died at her home, 456 Croton avenue, at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, leaving a large host of friends.

Mrs. Remley had resided in New Castle for the past 34 years. She was born in Hilltown, (now Hillsville) Lawrence County, September 8, 1861, the daughter of James M. and Diana Sipe Hall. During her residence here she took a great interest in church and community affairs. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and of the Temple Bible class. She was also a member of the Eastern Star and of the Daughters of Veterans.

She is survived by her husband and the following sons and daughters: Fred L. Remley, Harry L. Remley and Mont E. Remley, of New Castle; Mrs. Ella J. Anderson and Mrs. Gertrude Hoyland, of Pittsburgh; Mrs. Mable Morgan, of Homestead; Mrs. Opal McNeill, of Ellwood City; Mrs. Maude Love, Mrs. Ruth Brest and Mrs. Myrtle Klingensmith, of New Castle. Also surviving are 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, at 2:30 P.M., from the residence, 456 Croton avenue, with Rev. C. H. Heaton, pastor of the First Baptist Church, in charge. Interment will be made in Graceland Cemetery.

Mrs. Remley Funeral

A large crowd of friends gathered to pay homage to the memory of the late Mrs. Wesley D. Remley at 456 Croton avenue Tuesday afternoon. The funeral services, at 2:30 o'clock, were conducted by the Rev. C. H. Heaton, pastor of the First Baptist Church. The home was filled with beautiful flowers. Pallbearers were grandsons of the deceased: James Remley, Dan Remley, William Morgan, Jr., Robert Brest, Clyde Brest, Jr., Clayton Anderson and Harry McNeil. Honorary pallbearers were officers of the order of Eastern Star No. 333. Interment was made in Graceland Cemetery.
