Julia T. Alfaro, 76, El Dorado, formerly of Augusta, died on Monday, Nov. 7, 2005.
Celebration of the funeral mass will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, at St. John's Catholic Church in El Dorado. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Augusta. Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. this evening at St. John's Catholic Church.
Her survivors include: sons, Lawrence, John, and Anthony Alfaro, all of El Dorado; daughters, Mary Ann Zogleman of Murfreesboro. Tenn., Marcella Martin, Diana Alfaro, Christsandra Voyles, Marilyn Dobson, and Julie Alfaro, all of El Dorado; brothers, Joe Requena and Theodore Requena, both of El Dorado; sisters, Phyllis Martinez of Augusta, Marie Jones of El Dorado, and Stephen Villa of Marino Valley Calif.; 24 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: three sons, Frank Alfaro, Raul Alfaro, and Ralph Alfaro; one brother; one sister; one granddaughter; one great-grandson.
