I am not sure how you wish to incorporate this into Daisy's memorial, but according to her obituary, her death was 4 May 1946. Place of death is not specifically noted, except that she died "at a local hospital following a month's illness." The dateline for the obit is Shawnee (OK) and the newspaper is the Daily Oklahoman out of Oklahoma City. So, it is not clear if her death was in a hospital local to Shawnee or Oklahoma City.
