...Sarah Jane Bell Mabe, 84, wife of Frank James Mabe, died October 8, 1944 at her home at Bluewell at 11:20 Sunday night.
...Mrs. Mabe was born February 29, 1861 in Coopers, the daughter of the late James and Julie Stowers Bell.
...Funeral services will be held at the Union Church at Bluewell tomorrow at 1 o'clock, with the Rev Hanshue, assisted by the Rev. Garland Anderson, in charge.
...Burial will be in the old Bell Cemetery at Coopers.
...Pallbearers and flowerbearers will be the grandchildren.
...Besides her husband, Mrs. Mabe is survived by two brothers, Charles and Edd Bell, of Coopers and the following children: Harry of Bluewell, Will of Maybeury, Mrs. J. W. Shuffflebarger, Itmann,; Mrs. M.L. Richard, of Glen White; Mrs. W.M. Shufflebarger, of Maybeury, and Mrs. R. J. Shrewsbury of Norfolk, Va.
