Kenneth H. Trout, Armstrong retiree
Kenneth H. Trout, 86, formerly of East Petersburg, died Wednesday at Homestead Village after a brief illness. Trout worked 30 years for Armstrong World Industries. He retired in 1971. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served during World War II. He was a member of Georgetown United Methodist Church. Trout enjoyed watching game shows and the Phillies. Born in Bart, he was the son of the late Enos and Sarah Trout Trout. His wife, Elva I Williams Trout, died in 1987. Surviving are a daughter, Donna M. Wetzler of East Petersburg; three sisters, Marian Stokes of Lancaster, LaVera Groff of Bart and Roberta Deibler of Quarryville; and three brothers, Walter B., married to Dorothy M. Williams Trout of Strasburg, Enos Jr., married to Martha Trout of Mount Joy, and Frank, married to Betty Herr Trout of Paradise. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jane Farmer Wissler.
