Mrs. Myrtle Trout Snyder, 77 widow of Columbus Snyder, died Friday at the Masonic Home, Elizabethtown, after a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Snyder had been a porter at the Home for the past 39 years. Prior to her residence in Elizabethtown, she had lived in the Harrisburg area.
She was born in Elizabeth, Allegheny County, the daughter of the late John Donaldson. She is survived by the following children: Donald F. Trout, Philadelphia; Amy, wife of Clarence Maurer, Bridgeton, N. J.; and Eva, wife of John Pickel, Refton. Nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren also survive.
