Mrs. Parke Trout
Mrs. Susie E. Trout, 99, Pleasant View Rest Home, Manheim R5, formerly of New Providence R1, died Sunday evening at the home.
She was the widow of G. Parke Trout, who died in 1946.
She was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church, where she belonged to the Ladies Bible Class of the church.
Born in Eden Township, Mrs. Trout was a daughter of the late Samuel and Harriet Brownsberger Stauffer.
She is survived by two daughters, Eva, wife of John Pickel, Sr., Refton and Susie, wife of Harold Newswanger, Lancaster; and a son, Parke Trout, Jr., Lancaster; 23 grandchildren; 61 great grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren.
