JAMES A HENNESSY, 76, of 2353 Valley Vista Road, died Thursday at Lyndon Lane Nursing Home. He was a retired electrician and a member of Knights of Columbus and St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Hershey, Mrs. Kathleen Barnett and Mrs. Patricia Cornwell; two sons, John R. and James S. Hennessy; four sisters, Margaret Hennessy, Mrs. Mayme Grey, Mrs. Regina Carney, and Mrs. Alice Wente; two brothers, William and Edward Hennessy; and 18 grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 S. Sixth St., with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, will be after 2 p.m. Friday.
