MRS. WILLIAM J. SIEMENS SR., 81, of 1705 W. Hill St., died at 11:45 p.m. Thursday at St. Anthony Hospital. She was the former Elizabeth S. Motschman, a native of Louisville. Her husband, who died March 19, was a 9th Ward alderman for 16 years. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mary Crush and Mrs. Betty Martin; three sons, William J. Siemens Jr. of Cincinnati, George R. and Joseph P. Siemens; 25 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. George Catholic Church, Standard Avenue at Dixie Highway, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. The family will be at Ratterman's, 2815 S. Fourth St., from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
