"Mrs. Mary McBeth, Aged 79, Called By Death in Eureka.
Mrs. Mary Boyd McBeth, aged 79, and a native of Indiana, succumbed Sunday at her home in Eureka after a long residence in the county.
Two sons, Charles P. and Harry A. McBeth of Requa, and two daughters, Mrs. R. H. Godfrey of San Francisco and Mrs. B.F. Brandt of Petaluma survive her.
The funeral was held from the Sanders parlors at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with interment in Myrtle Grove cemetery.
A large gathering of friend of the deceased was present to tender her a last token of respect and affection, and some beautiful floral tributes were in evidence.
Six of Mrs. McBeth's nephews acted as pall bearer. They were Irving, Clifford, Chester, Willis and Andrew McBeth and Ernest Sandquist."
