Mr. Ralph Charles Locke Sr., a native of Chicora, Mississippi and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama died in a local hospital on Tuesday, July 15, 1997.
Ralph was born April 1, 1913 to Judson "Jake" A. Locke and Mary Gertrude "Gertie" Lee Locke.
He was a well known and respected Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer
in Mobile and Tuscaloosa and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
He was preceeded in death by his wife of 51 years, Claudia Hartley Locke. He was survived by two daughters, two sons, one sister, 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and nieces,
nephews, and other relatives.
Graveside services were held on Friday, July
18, 1997 at 12 noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens.
