Mrs. Agnes Blekkink, wife of Rev. Victor J. Blekkink, D.D., pastor of the Reformed Church, Cohoes, died last night in Cohoes Memorial Hospital shortly after being suddenly stricken ill in Canvass street in the rear of the parsonage. After attending a rehearsal of the choir of the church, Mrs. Blekkink was taken ill while returning to the parsonage, adjacent to the church. She had been under the care of a physician for some time.

Mrs. Blekkink, who was formerly Miss Agnes G. Stapelkamp, was born in Grand Haven, Mich., and had been a resident of Cohoes 32 years. She was president of the Women's Missionary Society of the Reformed Church, that city, a past president of the Saturday Club, a former director of the Cohoes Young Women's Christian Association and a member of the board of directors of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Cohoes Memorial Hospital.

She was a graduate of Hope College, Holland, Mich.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, are a sister, Mrs. John A. Dykstra of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a brother, Judson Stapelkamp of Kenosha, Wis., and two nephews, Rev. J. Dean Dykstra of Kingston and William Dykstra of Grand Rapids.

The funeral will be conducted from the Reformed Church, Cohoes, Friday at 2:30 p.m.
Her nephew, who is pastor of the Fair Street Reformed Church, Kingston, and Rev.
Maurice R. Snyder, pastor of the Boght Reformed Church, will officiate.
Interment will be Saturday in Pilgrim Home Cemetery, Holland, Mich.
