Mr. and Mrs. Trubert Bancroft of the town of Charlestown mourn the death of their little son, George Hartford, who passed away at the Children’s Hospital at Milwaukee on Thursday night, June 26th. The child had been a sufferer for some weeks from a skin disease and was taken to the hospital with the hope of recovery but this was not to be.
The child was born Jan. 19, 1919. The body was brought to the home of the bereft parents on Friday and the funeral service was held at the home on Saturday afternoon with interment in the family lot in the Charlestown cemetery at Gravesville. Mr. and Mrs. Bancroft have the sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
