Brenda Jo was born in Columbus, IN on May 27, 1957, the daughter of Bernard and Joan Huntsman Moore. Her father preceded her in death.
She was employed at Irwin Union Bank for 35 years. She formerly worked at Lois' Fish Stand. BJ loved flowers, gardening, fishing and the beach. She was known for her giving and compassionate spirit.
Brenda graduated from Columbus North High School in 1975.
On February 3, 1979 in Columbus, she married her best friend, Larry L. Allman.
She is survived by her husband, mother, one son, Robert L. (Marie) Allman and seven grandchildren, Robbie, Isaiah, Blake, Abagail, Kirsten, Gretchen and Alexis.
She is also survived by one brother, Tim Moore, and two sisters, Betsy (Tim) Wilkerson, and Peggy (Scott) Durnal. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Bethany, Heather, and Annie Durnal and Seth, Chloe and Caleb Wilkerson.
Funeral services will be held at Voss Chapel on Wednesday, March 17, at 10:00 AM with Pastor Shane Rocker officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday, March 16 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service.
Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.

Burial was at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour. Honorary Pallbearers were Paul Bennett and Tim Moore.
