He was survived by his sons, Jessie Emmett Eacret, Bennie Clifford Eacret, Willie Cecil Eacret and Floyd Leon Eacret, two daughters Retha Kathryn Eacret-Tate and Effie Mary Magline Eacret-Hillstead. He was preceded in death by his wife; Ida Mae Bell Ellis-Falls and a son Samuel Evert Eacret and one daughter Myrtie Caldonia "Callie" Eacret-Tate
