Mrs. Caroline Jacobs Dies
Word has been received here by Mrs. Rox Cook of the death of her grandmother, Mrs. Caroline Jacobs, which occurred at her home in Beaumont, Cal., Friday night. Mrs. Jacobs would have been 98 years of age, had she lived until September 1933. She was the mother of Mrs. Nora Whittey, whose death occurred recently.
Mrs. Jacobs was a pioneer resident of Kansas, the family homesteading in the state in 1871. Recently she had made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Hattie Chapman, in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday in Beaumont. Cali..
