Jacob M. White, only child of Albert F. and Pearl G.(Hill) White, was born in Cicero, Hamilton County, Indiana, January 6, 1901. Jacob attended Bear Slide School, across the road from where he lived in Cicero. Grandson of Kate Reasoner Hill and Great Grandson of Jacob and Phoebe Reasoner. Jacob (with his mother Pearl)moved to Arizona in 1936 after the death of his first wife, Mabel. There he met Dorothy Marrs Barkley in Tucson. They were married in 1937 and had one child, Kathryn Ann, in 1938. He was survived by his wife Dorothy, daughter Kathryn and her children John Jacob and Kathleen Hope Kauffman.
