I had the pleasure to work with him for a few years. He was a really great guy who was always dedicated to providing the very best care to his patients.
He suffered from Diabetes for many years and complications associated with that was what contributed to his untimely death at age 32.

REED Michael T. Reed, age 32, of Columbus, died suddenly Saturday, April 25, 2009. Born in Canton, he was an RN in the long term critical care unit at Regency Hospital. Preceded in death by his grandparents Gerald and Geraldine Shaffer. Survived by his parents, Gail Spencer and Charles Reed; his devoted partner, Rick Urban; brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Shannon Reed; niece, Shelby Reed; friends, co-workers and many patients whose lives he touched. Graveside service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Union Cemetery, Louisville, Oh. Family and friends will gather 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at SCHNEEBERGER FUNERAL HOME, 330-456-8237. It is suggested that memorials be made to your local Diabetes Association
