Mr. Jennings died Saturday in Hall County Hospital. A native of Belton, he was a retired farmer and had been a night watchman for the City of Hedley 13 years. He had lived in Hedley since 1929.
Surviving are his wife, Beatrice; sons, W.D. of Waco and Harry M. of Hedley; daughters, Mrs. Lloyd Watson and Mrs. Wanda Carr of Amarillo, Mrs. Viown Winn of Hedley and Mrs. Mildred Fontenot of Big Spring; a brother, Sam Jennings of Rule; sisters, Mrs. Blanche Murry of Snyder and Mrs. Stella Smith of Winters, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
