George Beaver (1755-1836), enlisted in Capt. Caleb North's company, 1776, commanded by Col. Anthony Wayne, and also served in the Rifles under Capt. Thomas Church. He was in the Canadian campaign and at the battle of Three Rivers. He died in Franklin county.
