Co. VA 13th Battalion Light Artillery.

Wounded 9/15/1864, shot through left lung.
Promoted to Lieutenant 10/15/1864, "for valor and skill".

later at 401 Hanover Street; attorney, main partner in the law office
of "Marye & Fitzhugh", located at 801 Princess Anne at the corner of
Hanover Street (still practicing law in 1921); part-owner of the
Eagle Shoe Co., located at Hanover Street above Main Street.
