RICHMOND, Ind. – Albert R. Hockett, age 41, of Richmond, died Sunday, August 12, 2007, at St. Vincent Seton Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born June 28, 1966, in Chicago, Ill., to Earl and Ellouise Murphy Hockett and had resided in this area most of his life.
Survivors include his sons, Charles Hockett of London, Ky., and Albert Ray Hockett II of Richmond; stepsons, Jake Burns, Anthony and Kyle Mallot, all of Richmond; sisters, Deborah Westfall of Richmond and Tracy Beetem of New Castle; brothers, Roger Hockett of Richmond and Byron Hockett of Pennsylvania; nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a son, Alfred Hockett in 1997, and his parents.
Funeral service for Albert R. Hockett will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, 2007, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road W., Richmond. Burial will be in Earlham Cemetery.
