Two of Kin Share Property Left By John VanBrooker

Residue of the estate of John VanBrooker, Canandaigua, is shared by his widow, Bessie M. VanBrooker, after creation of a $5000 trust fund, by terms of the will probated by Surrogate Fred D. Cribb. Mr. VanBrooker died Sept. 15, 1940.
Personal property, according to the petition for probate, is valued at $17,000 and real estate at $300.
The Canandaigua National Bank and Trust Company, is bequeathed $5000 in trust for a grandson, John VanBrooker.
The fund will be paid over to him when he reaches the age of $21. John VanBrooker, the son, is also willed a lot on West Ave and Pearl St., along with all equipment, furniture, furnishings and tools.
Mrs. VanBrooker and John VanBrooker are named executors.
