ANDERSON — Ronald J. Killian, 70, died March 20, 2010, at the Richard L. Roudebush V.A. Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born March 5, 1940, in Seneth, Mo., and resided in Anderson, Ind. He attended Frankton High School. Ronald served his country in the U.S. Navy in the early 1960s, taking part in the Naval Blockade during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He was a retired welder.

He is survived by . . .

Ronald was preceded in death by his longtime companion, Audrey Gaw; parents, Joseph and Magnolia (Boshell) Killian; siblings, Russell Killian, Gary Killian and Betty Marion; and six nephews.

Visitation will be from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes, South Chapel, 200 W. 53rd St., Anderson.

Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the South Chapel, officiated by the Rev. Marvin Johnson. Burial will take place at Pleasant Walk Cemetery, Anderson, where military graveside rites will be conducted by VFW Post 266.
