Funeral services for NATHAN and ANNETTE COPELAND, of Lovelady, will be Wed., May 21 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lovelady Antioch Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Lovelady Antioch Cemetery. On May 14, 2003, in Houston County, Texas, Fuller entered the home of his neighbors, a 43-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman, and fatally shot them multiple times. Fuller then and fled the scene on foot. Victims: Annette Copland, 39, and her husband, Nathan Copeland, 43,
Barney Fuller, Jr. went into a shooting rampage and fatally shot Annette and Nathan Copeland. Nathan was shot numerous times in the back and Annette was shot in the head. One of the children was also shot. Then, 14-year-old Cody suffered 4 gun shot wounds, but fully recovered. His younger sister, Courtney who was hiding during the whole incident was not injured.
