Flora Margaret Nelson was born June 30, 1880, in Marquette, Michigan, the 11th of 12 children born to Anna and Eilert Nelson.
Soon after her birth, the family moved to South Dakota where her father homesteaded. In the 1890's the family moved to Spokane, Washington.
Flora married Edward Edwardson on August 3, 1899, at Troy, Latah Co., Idaho.
They had 7 children: Marion, Eileen, Mabel, Keith, Florence, Delbert, and Yvonne.
After Edward's death in 1950, Flora married Herman Lowe on April 4, 1953, and moved to Ontario, California. When Herman died in November 1954, Flora returned to Spokane, WA, where she died January 12, 1962. At Greenwood Memorial Terrace she is buried beside her parents and three of her sisters.

Mrs. Florence Linehan, Olympia, Mrs. Eileen Bakke, Seattle, and Mrs. Mabel Brixey, California; 2 sons Keith Edwardson. Spokane and Delbert Edwardson. Thompson Falls. Montana. 13 grandchildren. 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the RIPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, N4305 DIVISION STREET.
