Thomas Marion Hall was born to Alexander "Alex"Endimyon Hall and Sarah "Sally" Ann (Rowe) Hall and he was a farmer and helped plan the town of Scottsbluff where he arrived in 1901. He helped build the bridge between Scottsbluff and Gering, the road over stage hill and graded the streets of Scottsbluff the first time it was even done. When others thought Central Park was too far from downtown and knew it would not be and planned it with great insight.
