F.Lucille Harshman Magee, 87, of 428 S. 7th St., died 4:20 a.m. Sunday, June 29, at her home.
Born June 14, 1910, in Monon, she graduated from Mulberry High School in 1928 and Ball State Univesity in 1932. She married Dr. Martin L. Harshman on Oct 30, 1937. He died in 1954. She later married Robert R. Magee in May 1963. He died June 5, 1995.
Mrs. Harshman Magee taught music and art in Clinton County schools for several years.
She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church and was active in the choir.
Surviving are two step-sons, Philip R. Magee of Champaign, IL and James K. Magee of Columbus, OH; and a step-daughter, Carol Magee Valentine of Richmond, IN
Visitation 1 hour prior to 2 p.m. service Tuesday at St. James Lutheran Church; Pastor Daniel P. May officiating. Internment Fair Haven Cemetery., Mulberry. Three step-grandchildren, John Robert Valentine, Thomas C. Valentine, and Nicole E. Magee survive. Those desiring may contribute in memoriam to the St. James Lutheran Church.
