ADA A. MORGAN
CHANDLER - Ada Anders Morgan, 89, of 16 Hartshorn Drive, died Wednesday in an Asheville hospital.
Mrs. Morgan, a lifelong resident of Buncombe County, was a daughter of the late John G. and Julia Williams Anders and the wife of Clyde T. Morgan, who died in 1945. She was a charter member of West Asheville Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Julia Morgan of Candler; a son, E.L. Morgan of Asheville; three sisters, Allie Weindeick of Inverness, Fla., Florence Maney of Asheville and Jo Williams of Candler; seven grandchildren and six great-grandsons.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel of Grace Funeral Home. The Rev. James Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hills Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made lo the building fund of the church.
