Daryl Gene Harts passed quietly on March 18, 2010 after suddenly being brought down by a brain aneurysm while at work. Daryl was born on October 20, 1945 in Walnut, Kansas and subsequently graduated from Hepler Grade School, Girard High School (1963), Fort Scott Junior College and Emporia State University. He was employed by P.D. Murray Builders of the Greater Kansas City Area. He was 64 years old and resided in Olathe, Kansas among friends and family.

Daryl was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth and survived by his mother Viola (Doubrava) Harts of Fort Scott, Kansas.
