Mr. Keys was a native of Keysville GA and a member of the Keys Grove Baptist Church from which funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 pm with Rev. John Tarver officiating assisted by other ministers. Interment will be at the churchyard cemetery. The funeral procession will leave Dent's Funeral Home at 1 p.m.
Survivors are daughters, Mrs. Bertha Reid, Augusta, Mrs Pinkie Graves,Laurelton, NY, Mrs Ruth Allen, Keysville, GA, Mrs. Polly Young, Hamden, Ct; three sons, William Key Jr., Tillman Key and Carpenter Key all of Augusta, Ga; three sisters, Mrs. Lillie Hubert, Augusta, GA., Mrs. Lillie Hubert, Augusta, Ga., Mrs. Emmie Hughes, Philadelphia, Pa., Mrs Braddie Walker, New York City; one aunt, Mrs. Rose Raney, Waynesboro, Ga, and other relatives.
