Lewis H. Boldig, age 68, Bowler, died Thursday, April 4, 1974 at Community Hospital, Shawano.
He was born November 9, 1905 in the town of Morris, the son of the late Fred and Elnora (Miller) Boldig.
On April 17, 1930 Lewis was united in marriage to Helga Johnson in Tilleda. She preceded him in death on January 17, 1965. On August 3, 1965 he married Lucille Malueg in Tigerton. She preceded him in death on July 13, 1970.
Survivors include one daughter, Susan (Bruce) Watters; one brother, Lee (Marie) Boldig; five grandchildren.
In addition to his wives and parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Lewis, one brother, Frederick and one sister, Vera Maahs.
Funeral services were held April 7, 1974 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Tigerton. The Rev. Ralph Huget officiated. Interment was in the parish cemetery.
