68, of Falmouth, Ky., passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2004, at his home. David was born in Pendleton County on January 17, 1936, the son of the late Mark and Hallie Fields Haley, a retired Pepsi employee for 32 years, member of the Antioch Mills Christian Church, he married Carolyn Richie and she survives his passing. He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas "Buck" Haley and sister, Carrie Powell.
Additional survivors include, son, David Haley, Falmouth, Ky., daughters, Billie Jacobs, Burlington, Ky., Sabra Jo Pleasant, Somerset, Ky., sister, Mable Smith, Russville, Indiana, and five grandchildren.
Services were held on Wednesday, April 14, 2004 at the Peoples Funeral Home in Falmouth, Ky.
Interment took place in the Mount Vernon Cemetery.
