Aunt Mabel was married to Francis "Frank" Gallagher, my dad's brother and my Uncle. They were married, 17 Mar 1924, at St. Joseph's Church Butte, Silver Bow County, Montana.

They settled, farmed and raised 13 children in Charlo, Montana. They farmed next to my dad Mike and mom Helen, who had 12 children. But I was born in Butte, Montana after our family moved from Charlo to Butte. I was their 12th child.

Uncle Frank died 1963 before Aunt Mabel but Mabel continued to stay and live in Charlo. I never knew or met Uncle Frank and Aunt Mabel. We left Butte, shortly after I was born, to Seattle, WA.

In later years, I did meet some of their children and my cousins when they came to Seattle to visit.
