Son of Lorenzo D. & Hannah Elizabeth (Pierson) Easterday. Attended Chillicothe Business College. Telegraph operator and station agent for Union Pacific Railroad in Nebraska, Wyoming and Utah 1925-1945 through the end of WWII. Married Ruby Carter July 11,1927 in Salt Lake City Utah. Bought a 400 acre farm near Milan in 1944. Stock farmer near Milan MO 1945-1968. Elected to preside two terms Polk Township Board. Member and Trustee of First Baptist Church, Milan.
Retired in Kellwood subdivision, Kirksville Missouri 1968. Father of 5 sons, 7 grand daughters and 3 grandsons, great and great great grandchildren.
