Earl B. Lovell, son of John W. Lovell and Mahala (Wyatt) Lovell.

Earl was a life long resident of Spanishburg; he had been a coal miner although disabled after 40 years of mining, lastly working for Turkey Gap Co., at *Dott.

Earl was a member of the UMWA Local 7086 and a Moderator of the Rich Creek Primitive Baptist Church at Lashmeet, serving from 1962-1986.

Earl's children: Danny Lovell; Davia (David?) Lovell; Clarence Lovell; Rachael Lovell; Elizabeth Lovell Combs; Deloris Lovell Burton; Earl's step-children: Gale Shrewsbury; Clayton Shrewsbury; Wilma Kirby.

Earle's brothers; Charles R. Lovell; Warren Lovell and Earle's sisters are Mae Ried; Ante Griffith; Christina Dean; Edith Smith; and Ruby Braughman.
