Billy G. Mains,
38, of Eaton, Ohio, formerly of Falmouth, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2004 in St.Louis, Mo. He was born on March 17, 1966, son of Ruth and the late Gilbert Mains. He was a construction and demolition expert, and a member of the laborers 265 Union. On November 17, 1994 he married Sandra Burchfield, and his dear wife survives his passing.
In addition to his wife Sandra and his mother Ruth, he leaves one son, Billy Joseph Mains; daughters, Rachel Louise Mains and Tabitha Gabrielle Mains, two step-children, Billy Ray and Angela Peace; four step-grandchildren, Madison Peace, Jake Peace, Isham Peace and Alexis Brock; one brother, Barry Mains of Falmouth; and two sisters, Becky Hardin and Betty Nichols.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Bobbie Jo Nichols; and his nephew, Jeremy Wayne Nichols.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 24 at Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth, with Rev. Mike Shackelford and Rev. Rick Coffee officiating. The visitation will take place from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday, March 23 at the funeral home. Pallbearers for the service will be Billy Joe Mains, Billy Ray Peace, Jamie Nichols, Adam Hardin, Barry Mains, Matthew Godman, Paul Bailey, Kenny Burchfield, and Kenny Burchfield Jr.
Interment will take place in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
